INTENSIVE CLEANING SERVICES
LONDON HANDS SERVICES AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING:
1. To provide the client with a suitable cleaner/cleaners for the duration of the contract.
2. To provide liability insurance cover for the cleaning services carried out
3. To perform the work specified by the client in a professional manner using every care to accomplish a satisfactory service.
4. To carry out a risk assessment prior to undertaking the contract.
5. To inform the client of any risk assessment that would endanger the contract being undertaking.
THE CLIENT AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING
1. To pay LONDON HANDS SERVICES the agreed amount for all cleaning contract carried out in the client’s premises.
2. To notify LONDON HANDS SERVICES 30 days in advance of any change of: A. ADDRESS, B. NAME, C. BANK ACCOUNT.
AFTER CANCELLATION OF A CLEANING SERVICE
By entering into a service agreement with LONDON HANDS SERVICES the client agrees that after the termination of the cleaning service, he/she will not hire or use any home/office-related services provided by a present or past cleaner introduced to the client by RELIANCE CLEANING AGENCY. If the client does wish to hire or use the home/office-related services presently/previously introduced, a referral fee is £1200
TERMS AND CONDITION FOR ALL SERVICES
CLAIMS AND INSURANCE
RELIANCE CLEANING AGENCY is insured by FORTIS .
In case of a claim, we require the full information regarding claims in writing within 7 days.
LONDON HANDS SERVICES must be given a chance to rectify any problem arising as a result of its work. No refunds can be paid once cleaner/cleaners have been employed. If dissatisfied with the work LONDON HANDS SERVICES has done on your request then our operatives must be allowed to come back and re-do the job free of charge. The work will be carried out again within 3 days.
Below is a list of conditions LONDON HANDS SERVICES cannot be held responsible for:
1. Cleaning not completed due to the lack of suitable cleaning equipment (e.g. Vacuum cleaner, mop, sponge, cloths, cleaning liquids etc.)
2. Delay caused by industrial action, mechanical failure, lockouts, bank holidays, weather conditions, and obstruction of any public or private highway road or other events beyond our control.
3. Accidental damages due to faulty equipment provided by the client.
4. Accidental damages worth £50 or more
FAILURE TO PAY ON TIME
All payments to LONDON HANDS SERVICES are payable by cash, BACS, and standing order. LONDON HANDS SERVICES has the right to consider this contract terminated if fees are not received on time. LONDON HANDS SERVICES has the right to take legal proceedings against the client for any outstanding debts for the services carried out on the client’s request. In this case once debts are paid, the client must also pay back ALL the cost of the legal proceedings carried out to reclaim the owed debts.
END OF TENANCY CLEANING
The client will pay a deposit by cash, BACS, cheque credit or debit card on the day of the booking. The outstanding balance should be settled at the end of the service.
The general “end of tenancy cleaning” does not include the walls, ceilings, curtains, balconies, patios, exterior windows and carpet cleaning. If the client requires the cleaning of wall, ceilings, curtains, balconies, patios, exterior windows and carpet cleaning, an extra quotation will be given by LONDON HANDS SERVICES. LONDON HANDS SERVICES cannot be held responsible for any unsuccessful results or damage to paintwork.
Property must be vacated and preferably without furniture, cutlery etc.
Refuse clearance is not part of the above service and will not be carried out.
Emergency situation leading to a cancellation of a cleaning service will be accepted and rescheduled if the client informs us within 24 hours of booking. Once a deposit has been made there is no refund.
